I am a bassett hound lover. Ever since I was a kid it was my passion to raise them. When I was 20 my dad passed and we had just got a male and female bassett to start breeding. Well dad passed so I sold the dogs to good families thinking that dream had come to an end. I got married in my late 20s and I got a bassett from a shelter. I had her for 13 years before she passed. I then bought a male puppy bassett for my kids about 4 years ago and he is given so much love. A lady at my church had a female and we spoke about possible breeding them. Well she had to move in March and couldn’t take the female and she called me and said I could not think of another family I would want to have my dog but you. Long story short at 41 years old I got my dream to have a litter of puppies. We did keep one so we have mom, dad and puppy. Daisy is now 5 months old and given more love then you could imagine and the three dogs bring so much joy to my home. My mom passed last year so my dogs really have helped me not to get depressed. Thanks for listening
I would love this!
