Win a George Barclay Country Box Bed!

To celebrate Spring, K9 Magazine has teamed up with George Barclay to offer three lucky readers the chance to win their dog a fabulous new Country Box dog bed.

The George Barclay Country box bed is a contemporary dog bed, inspired by classic ‘country’ fashion elements. A Tweed corduroy pillow and inner sidewalls, paired with contrasting quilted outer sidewalls provide the beds signature styling. The bed is finished with detailed elements, which include signature brass studs, faux suede piping and embroidered brand logo.

The classic box bed, or soft walled dog bed, has always proved to be a popular choice for almost all breeds of dog. The common denominator being the sides of these beds provide a sense of security for the occupant, as well as sheltering dogs from feeling the draught.

Our high-sided version takes this feature one step further by increasing the attribute that makes this style of dog bed great. As well as a considered increase in overall sidewall height, our box beds’ side bolsters are filled with a good level of cushioning to deliver a firm, supportive, yet comfortable feel.

All our high-sided box beds have a removable outer cover, great for washing or to update your existing bed with a new colour or style. It is also possible to adjust the amount of fill in each side bolster and centre cushion, simply open the inner liner and remove an amount of fill until the desired feel is achieved.

The George Barclay high-sided box beds are available in four sizes, from small to x-large which measures more than a meter across! Start looking for your dog’s high-walled box bed NOW!

What our three winners will receive:

A fabulous new George Barclay Country Box Bed in your preferred colour and size.

Choose between small, medium, large and x-large (size guide here) and select the colour you’d most like between Olive Green, Midnight Blue and Chestnut Brown.

Each dog bed will be filled with Orthopaedic – Blended Memory Foam Particles, which are produced using a blend of memory foam and high-density foam.

This combination achieves a supportive cushion with the correct orthopaedic properties and rebound characteristics. The blended memory foam particles easily mould around the shape of your dogs’ body, achieving supreme comfort and support for your companion. A simple shake of the fill will invigorate the particles as needed.

So delay no longer! Enter our competition to win one of three Country Box Beds we have to giveaway.

To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is comment on this post here leaving your email address hidden behind your username and let us know which size of bed and colour you would like. It’s as simple as that!

Good luck!

I love reading all the great variety of information reading dogs. I have 3 four legged fur babies and I read all the time to keep on top of their health and what could be causing certain actions, etc.
K9 is a great source of information for ones understanding their pets traits, health awareness, and overall characteristic

My 6 month old miniture foxie loves to chew her beds. I have been using flat pet cushions so far, without any success. So I am praying that the George Barclay Country box will be my miracle answer with the padded high sides – surely my little dog can’t pull this one out of her kennel!

Hi
I’m Milo & my fur brother has a posh new bed & my Human Grandma said that she would enter my name into a draw too see if she could win me a posh bed, like my fur brother.
This bed has high sides, so my human brother who’s crawling wouldn’t be able to see me inside and we could play peek a boo.

Extra Large blue please! I rescued a gorgeous, but terrified dog from Romania two years ago, after much love and dog training classes, she is now the best behaved dog I have ever rescued. After each feed, she licks my hand to say thank you, I imagine years off scavenging not knowing when she would next get food means she is now very happy.
